How To Grow Potatoes

These potatoes are bought at the supermarket. Living in Malaysia, there is no such thing as seed potatoes. But I am giving it a try anyways. Prior to planting, I cut up the taters that have spuds and let them heal for a while before planting. A few of the seeds rot - I wonder if there has been too much moisture as it had been quite rainy.
