How To Grow Potatoes

Well we planted 15 potato plants in our grow bags on the urban homestead. And this beautiful late summer morning we decided it was time to see the fruits of our labor. We pulled the dead plants off and then began to carefully dig and well... we certainly did not get 20-30 pounds of potatoes for each bag. We got 4 pounds total. That was it!
