Gardening 101 Part 5: Cutting Potatoes
Its time to start preparing your potatoes for planting next month( March). The reason you let your potatoes heel over is so they are less prone to diseases and rot. And always plant root crops, (potatoes) when the signs are right. Please refer to your almanac for more details.
